Kouzr is a research tool. It aggregates real-estate listing data and public records for the Las Vegas valley, scores listings against market comparables, and helps you organize candidates. It is provided during an early-access period and may change, break, or pause without notice.
Kouzr is not a brokerage, an appraisal service, or investment, legal, or financial advice. Scores and derived signals (such as days on market, price gaps, or foreclosure flags) are automated estimates built from third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Always verify a property independently — with your own inspection, agent, title search, and judgment — before making any offer or financial decision.
Kouzr is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kouzr and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero).
You can stop using Kouzr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use Kouzr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
