Kouzr displays real-estate listing content that originates with third parties: photographs and descriptions from listing feeds, records from county offices, and photos uploaded by owners who post a home here. Kouzr Inc. respects the intellectual-property rights of others and responds to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
If you believe material on kouzr.com or app.kouzr.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a notice to our copyright agent at dmca@kouzr.com. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include:
On receipt of a complete notice we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly and notify the person who supplied it, where we can identify them.
If material you supplied was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, your name, address, and telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Kouzr Inc. may be found), and your physical or electronic signature. Unless the original claimant files a court action, removed material may be restored in ten to fourteen business days.
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are terminated. A misrepresentation in a notice or a counter-notice can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), so please be sure before you send one.
