Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of kouzr.com, including the Kouzr application at app.kouzr.com and the Kouzr app for iPhone and Android (together, "Kouzr"). Kouzr is operated by Kouzr Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Kouzr, you agree to them.
What Kouzr is
Kouzr is a research tool. It aggregates real-estate listing data and public records for the markets it covers, scores listings against market comparables, and helps you and anyone you link your account with organize and compare candidates. Coverage varies by market and is listed on our home page; it is provided during an early-access period and may change, break, or pause without notice.
What Kouzr is not
Kouzr is not a brokerage, an appraisal service, or investment, legal, or financial advice. Scores and derived signals (such as days on market, price gaps, or foreclosure flags) are automated estimates built from third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Always verify a property independently with your own inspection, agent, title search, and judgment, before making any offer or financial decision.
Your account
- Accounts are personal. Keep your credentials to yourself and don't share an account.
- An account is for one person. Sharing a household with someone is what account linking is for.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Kouzr. Kouzr is not for children, and we do not knowingly keep an account for anyone under 18; if we learn of one, we delete it.
- You must provide accurate account information.
Linking accounts
- Linking is mutual: one person invites, the other accepts, and either of you can unlink at any time in Settings, which stops all sharing immediately.
- Once linked, your partner sees your saved homes, notes, viewing plans, search filters, and the messages and photos you post in each home's thread. What is shared, and what happens when you unlink or delete your account, is described in the privacy policy.
- Messages and photos you post must be lawful and yours to share. You can report a partner's message from the thread, and any listing from its page.
Reporting content
Anything a person posts on Kouzr (a listing, its photos, a message in a home's thread) can be reported from where you see it. A person reviews every report. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours of receiving them: content that breaks these terms is removed, and the account behind it may be suspended or closed. Reporting is a signal to us, not an automatic takedown, so a false report cannot be used to take something down. If you cannot find the report button, email support@kouzr.com.
Text messages
If you choose to sign in by text, or add a phone number to your account, Kouzr sends you a one-time sign-in code at that number when you ask for one. That is the only text message Kouzr sends: there is no marketing SMS, no promotional SMS, and no recurring SMS of any kind.
- Message frequency: one message per sign-in attempt you make.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@kouzr.com.
- Reply STOP to opt out. You can also remove your number in Settings, which deletes it and turns off text sign-in for your account. Removing it does not affect your account or any other way you sign in.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-export, or resell data obtained through Kouzr.
- Don't probe, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Don't use ownership or contact information surfaced from public records for harassment or any unlawful purpose, including violations of anti-spam or telemarketing laws.
- Don't post content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or that you don't have the right to share, and don't list a home you have no right to list.
Kouzr has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and an account that posts it, or that harasses or abuses anyone else on Kouzr, may be suspended or closed without notice.
Data and availability
Kouzr is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kouzr Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero).
Termination
You can stop using Kouzr and delete your account at any time, from Settings in the app or by emailing us; the privacy policy says exactly what deletion removes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from them belongs in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use Kouzr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
